For James Bohon, roofing has always been about more than building roofs, it has been about building relationships, serving people well, and creating something his family could carry forward for generations.

James began working in the construction industry in the 1970s before founding Bohon Roofing in 1980. For more than four decades, he owned and operated the company, earning the trust of homeowners and businesses throughout the Texarkana area through hard work, dependability, and a genuine commitment to treating people right.

In 2022, after 42 years at the helm, James passed the torch to his son, Robbie Bohon. Seeing the company continue into the next generation is one of the greatest parts of the legacy James has built. The values he established from the beginning, honesty, quality workmanship, personal service, and standing behind your word, remain at the heart of Bohon Roofing today.

James has called the Texarkana area home for the better part of his life and has spent decades serving and supporting the community that supported his family and business. He is also a part of First Bikers Church and is well known throughout the area, not simply as the founder of Bohon Roofing, but as someone who has never met much of a stranger. James has a way of making people feel welcome, and to those who know him, he truly is everybody’s friend.

Outside of the business, the role James treasures most is family. He and his wife, Debbie, have shared 48 years of marriage together. He is a devoted husband, a proud father of two adult children, and a beloved “Papaw” to five grandchildren.

While Robbie now carries Bohon Roofing into its next chapter, James will always be the foundation on which it was built. His decades of hard work created more than a successful roofing company, they created a family legacy rooted in faith, relationships, service, and doing right by others.

The Bohon Roofing name began with James, but the example he set reaches far beyond the name on the business. His kindness, loyalty, and genuine love for people are the kind of qualities that leave a lasting mark on a community, and the world could certainly use more people like James Bohon.

Robbie Bohon is the proud second-generation owner of Bohon Roofing, continuing the family business and the values established by his father. He began working alongside his dad in 2016 and made roofing his full-time career in 2020. Since then, Robbie has remained committed to providing quality workmanship, honest service, and a dependable experience for every customer.

While Robbie takes great pride in his work, it is his heart for people that truly sets him apart. He never meets a stranger and has a natural way of making everyone feel welcome. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and would truly give the shirt off his back to someone in need. Robbie believes in treating every customer like family and every home as if it were his own.

Outside of work, Robbie is a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Andrea, and a dedicated father to their three children: Addyson, 16; Brooklyn, 16; and Easton, 10. His family is the heart of everything he does and the reason he works so hard each day.

For Robbie, Bohon Roofing is much more than a business, it is a family legacy rooted in hard work, integrity, compassion, and service to others. He is proud to carry that legacy forward while building genuine relationships and making a positive difference in the community he calls home.

Jake Casteel was born and raised in Texarkana, Arkansas, and is proud to call the area home. He and his wife, Crystal, have been married for 20 years and share three children, Haven, Olen, and Reese.

During his time with Bohon Roofing, Jake has continued to expand his knowledge and grow as a roofing professional. He takes pride in helping homeowners, building lasting relationships, and being part of a team that works together to provide dependable service and quality workmanship.

Faith and family are at the center of Jake’s life. When he is not working, you will most likely find him at one of his children’s sporting events, spending time with family, attending church, or cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Jake enjoys the simple things in life, family, sports, faith, and being surrounded by the people he loves most.

Jake has been a valued member of the Bohon Roofing team for nearly five years. He chose to join Bohon Roofing because of the company’s strong family values, honest way of doing business, and dedication to treating customers with genuine care. Jake appreciates working for a locally owned company where faith, family, hard work, and integrity are more than words, they are reflected in the way the team serves its customers and community every day.

Ted Turner is a Texarkana native with 22 years of experience in the roofing industry. He specializes in roof estimating and guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process. With his extensive industry knowledge and commitment to honest, dependable service, Ted helps customers feel informed and confident throughout every stage of their roofing project.

Ted has a genuine heart for helping people and is always looking for ways to serve and give back to his community. He values building lasting relationships and believes in treating every homeowner with kindness, honesty, and respect.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time outdoors at the lake and in the mountains, as well as traveling to Florida to visit family. He is a loving and devoted husband to his wife of three years, Becca, and a proud father to their two children, Jack, 11, and Daisy, 19 months. For Ted, family, faith, hard work, and serving others are at the center of everything he does.

Ted chose to become part of Bohon Roofing because he believes in the company’s family-centered values, honest approach, and commitment to taking care of its customers. Born and raised in Texarkana, Cameron Hunt is proud to serve the community he has always called home. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and brings outstanding professionalism, strong communication skills, and a personable approach to every customer interaction.

Cameron has developed a genuine passion for the roofing industry through his work with Bohon Roofing. He is experienced in both residential and commercial roofing, with a particular strength in helping manage the unique details and demands of commercial roofing projects. Whether working with a homeowner or a business owner, Cameron is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, dependable service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Cameron chose to join Bohon Roofing because of the company’s commitment to quality workmanship, honest service, and treating customers like neighbors. Outside of roofing, Cameron selflessly volunteers with the Pleasant Grove Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoys CrossFit, pickleball, firefighting, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with his dog, Guy. Cameron is also grateful for the support of his close-knit family and church community. His strong character, dedication to others, and natural ability to connect with people make him a valued member of the Bohon Roofing team.

Dalton Crouch is a Texarkana native who has been around the roofing industry for most of his life. He began working alongside his father at a young age, gaining valuable knowledge and approximately three years of hands-on roofing experience.

In addition to roofing, Dalton specializes in HVAC work and repairs and is always willing to step in wherever his skills are needed. He enjoys solving problems, working with his hands, and using his experience to help others.

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys hunting and spending quality time with his wife, Cali, and their two children, Everlee and Hudson. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he treasures making memories with the people who mean the most to him.
